City seeks proposals for High Falls Centers

The city of Rochester has issued a request for proposals to lease and operate city-owned restaurant space at the High Falls Centers at 60 Browns Race, officials announced Friday.

The city is looking for local restaurateurs to oversee 2,000 square feet formerly occupied by the Triphammer Grill. It expects to select a restaurant operator by April 30, officials said.

The property will be shown March 19 from 10-11:30 a.m. and March 24 from 2 to 3:30 p.m.

Proposals should be submitted by 4 p.m. April 12 to Susan Lindsay at the Department of Neighborhood and Business Development, 30 Church St., Room 005A, Rochester, NY, 14614.
